For accessing to GENCI (CINES,IDRIS and TGCC) super computing from spirit/spiritx

• fill the Edari form with two hosts
  • spirit2.ipsl.fr (134.157.176.129)
  • spiritx2.ipsl.fr (129.104.53.15)
• having the 2 hosts permit access when one cluster is not available
• Send the document to sign to meso-support@ipsl.fr
